About the Role

PVR Builders is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to support apartment sales for our residential project in Yendada, Visakhapatnam. We are seeking someone who can confidently engage with prospective buyers, explain project details, build trust, and manage enquiries through to booking.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Understand buyers’ requirements and recommend suitable apartments and floor plans.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and availability.
- Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and help convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with management on negotiations, offers, and booking approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, site visits, and sales progress.
- Build relationships with local property agents and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking documentation and customer handover between departments.




- Work towards agreed monthly sales targets while providing a qualified customer experience.

Requirements

- Preferably 1-2 years of sales experience, with experience in residential real estate strongly preferred.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Strong follow-up, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain floor plans and project information clearly and accurately.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel, and basic lead-tracking tools.
- Willingness to work on-site in Yendada and attend scheduled weekend site visits.
- Candidates familiar with Visakhapatnam’s residential property market are encouraged to apply.
