Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in developing concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and modify working drawings and construction drawings.
- Develop architectural layouts and presentation drawings as required.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site supervisors.
- Conduct site visits and verify site measurements and existing conditions.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and other services.
- Review site progress and identify discrepancies between drawings and actual execution.
- Assist senior architects in project planning, design development, and execution.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals,



and project documents.
- Incorporate client feedback and design changes into drawings.
- Support the team in delivering projects within agreed time, quality, and design standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction materials, detailing, and site execution.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
