A Store RM (Relationship Manager) or a Store In-charge is responsible for managing raw materials and finished goods within a store, focusing on inventory, order fulfillment, and overall store operations. This includes receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials, as well as ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring adequate materials are available for production or sales.
- Receiving and Storing Materials:Receiving incoming raw materials and finished goods, verifying against invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Issuing Materials:Issuing materials to production or sales as per request, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
- Order Fulfillment:Picking, packing,



and preparing orders for delivery or shipment.
- Record-Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, including stock registers and other relevant documentation.
- Store Operations:Ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, as well as maintaining proper housekeeping practices.
- Compliance:Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Team Management (for some roles):Supervising and training store staff, as well as evaluating their performance.
- Communication and Collaboration:Working with other departments, including purchasing, production, and sales, to ensure smooth operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
