We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

Job DetailsExperience: 1–2 Years in US Recruitment

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Weekend: Fixed Weekend OffMeal: One-time meal provided

Transport: Drop facility available

Interview: Telephonic + Face-to-Face (FTF)

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the complete US recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation.

Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment targets.Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines.Provide regular recruitment updates and reports. Candidate Profile1–2 years of relevant

US Recruitment experience.Good knowledge of US staffing/recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Target-oriented and comfortable working in a US shift.

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
