About the Role

GRIP International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience with accounting software and GST-related work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile bank, cash, customer, and vendor accounts.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage GST-related accounting and documentation, including data preparation for returns.
- Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance.
- Prepare monthly reports, ledgers, trial balances, and other financial statements.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.




- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, auditors, and consultants as required.
- Support management with financial data and accounting reports.
- Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and on time.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Good understanding of GST and TDS
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP / accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification in Commerce or Finance.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a trading, manufacturing, retail, or corporate environment.
