About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Manager – North Region to drive B2B sales and revenue growth across IndiaPicture, IndiaPictureAI and StudioIP.

You will manage an assigned portfolio of existing, dormant and prospective customers, identify new business opportunities, reactivate accounts, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales and revenue across assigned accounts.
- Reactivate dormant customers and grow existing accounts.
- Identify new decision-makers and develop business relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up until closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales reports.
- Conduct outbound sales through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and meetings.
- Build repeat business and long-term client relationships.
- Travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings when required.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, Digital Media, Advertising, MarTech/AdTech, Creative Services or Content businesses is preferred.
- Experience selling to agencies, brands, marketing teams, creative teams or corporate clients.
- Strong outbound sales, negotiation,



presentation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
- Robust communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and sell technology/digital products.
- Comfortable working independently with revenue responsibility.

AI & Technology Skills

Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools for prospect research, meeting preparation, outreach, follow-ups, proposals and sales productivity is preferred/expected.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Revenue generation
- New business development
- Lead and opportunity conversion
- Account reactivation
- Upselling & cross-selling
- Pipeline development
- Client engagement
- Sales execution

Performance-based increments and growth opportunities will be provided based on individual performance and contribution.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for a commercially driven B2B salesperson who is confident in client conversations, business development, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing.

Candidates with primarily customer servicing, backend sales support, or relationship management without revenue responsibility may not be suitable for this role.
