Job Description – Quality Assistant (BE Mechanical Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining and implementing quality standards and procedures.
- Support inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Check product quality as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, machining, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Identify defects and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Assist in continuous quality improvement activities.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.




- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Valuable observation and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection methods will be an advantage.
