Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Coordinator to provide support to the Sales & Marketing department of SOEX India Limited (Fazlani Group of Companies)

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience from Manufacturing background is a plus.
- 2 years +of carrying sales coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with overseas customers & distributors.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma invoices, and share export documentation.
- Update tracking of orders from factory & shipping team and update clients.
- Communicate with shipping, logistics, production, and finance teams.




- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
- Monitor sales targets & reports.
- Support trade shows & international business development, market research.
- Generate leads through various channels.
