Job Profile :
1.Daily production responsibilities with Planning and Control of Tool Room, CTL &
Press Machine. Standard Room activities with Quality Systems.
2.Knowledge of Tool Room Machines & sheet
Metal Processes and Process Time estimation.
3) Must have CNC machine programming knowledge
Oversee day-to-day operational activities in the organization
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor and evaluate operational performance
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Manage and coordinate inter-departmental communication
Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Work closely with senior management to achieve organizational goals
Conduct regular operational reviews and report findings
Lead strategic planning for operational growth and expansion.
