As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on earnings quality, assets, cash flows, and other critical deal issues. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects,
developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives, while growing your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
