About the Role

As an SOB Associate, you will support the day-to-day execution of the School of Business program. You will work closely with students, mentors, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery, student engagement, learning outcomes, and career readiness.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working closely with young people, coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving problems independently, and working in a rapid-paced and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Operations
Support the planning and execution of SOB programs, sessions, workshops, and activities.




Coordinate schedules, calendars, sessions, and other program requirements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the program.
Maintain program documentation, trackers, and reports.
Identify operational challenges and proactively work towards solving them.
Student Engagement & Support
Build solid relationships with students and understand their learning and career needs.
Regularly engage with students and support them in navigating academic and program-related challenges.
Track student participation, progress, and engagement.
Facilitate student activities, discussions, and community-building initiatives.
Escalate sensitive or complex student concerns to the appropriate team.
Learning & Facilitation
Support trainers and mentors in delivering learning sessions.
Coordinate workshops, guest sessions, projects, and other learning activities.
