Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Oversee employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Administer employee advantages and manage payroll processing
Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
Handle performance management,
including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies
