Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers
Respond to inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product information, order processing,
and technical issues
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to facilitate international business operations
Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement
Work closely with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Fluency in additional languages is a plus
