The Position will be responsible for driving business insights, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (UW, Card Issuance, CRM, etc.), and enabling data-driven decision-making across zonal and regional teams. The role requires robust analytical capabilities and expertise in Excel to monitor performance and support strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination
Act as a central point of coordination between key stakeholders such as:
Underwriting (UW)
Card Issuance Teams
CRM and Customer Experience Teams
Collaborate closely with Zonal and Regional leaders to ensure alignment on business objectives.
Facilitate smooth communication and resolution of operational and analytical issues.

Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyze business performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for leadership review.
Monitor key business KPIs related to acquisition, activation, retention, and portfolio performance.





Data Management & Insights
Utilize advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, data modeling) to analyze large datasets.
Translate raw data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Identify process gaps and suggest data-driven improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with multiple internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Support implementation of current initiatives and track their performance post-launch.

Performance Tracking & Strategy Support
Assist in setting targets and tracking achievement across regions.
Provide analytical support for business planning, forecasting, and strategy development.
