- Manage and supervise the day to day functioning of the Operation Theatre.
- Ensure proper OT preparation before all surgeries and procedures.
- Coordinate with surgeons , anesthetists, nurses, technicians and other hospital departments.
- Monitor OT staff duty schedule and ensure proper staffing.
- MAINTAIN OT registers, records, stock records, and surgery-related documentation.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of instruments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and qua;ity standards
Qualification
- BSC/GNM Nursing or relevant healthcare qualification
- OT Technician qualification with relevant supervisory experience may also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum2-5 years of experience in OT management/supervision
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
