Hiring – Purchase Officer

Location: Kasurdi, Bhor, Pune
Industry: Printing & Packaging Manufacturing
Experience: 2 to 4Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Source raw materials, consumables, packing materials and engineering items.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up for timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Accounts.
- Monitor material quality, delivery schedules and purchase costs.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor data and reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Purchase, Procurement, Commerce or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing/printing & packaging industry preferred.
- Good negotiation, communication and follow-up skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/purchase software.
- Knowledge of GST and basic purchase documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
