Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and customer-focused Steward to join our F&B; team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-groomed, and passionate about providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.

* Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.

* Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.

* Ensure proper presentation and service of food and beverages.

* Transparent and reset tables efficiently.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.

* Assist the service team during busy hours and events.

* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.

* Handle guest requests and communicate them to the relevant team.

* Follow all SOPs, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.





* Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements

* Previous experience in F&B; or hospitality is preferred; freshers can also apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Good grooming and personal hygiene.

* Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

* Ability to work well as part of a team.
