About the Role

NextLeap Scholar is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Investment Banking Instructor to join our academic and professional training team.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of investment banking and financial markets, along with the ability to teach concepts in a simple, structured, and practical manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live online sessions on Investment Banking and related topics.
- Teach Financial Modelling, Valuation, M&A; and Financial Analysis.
- Explain investment banking concepts using real-world examples and case studies.
- Guide students through practical financial modelling and valuation exercises.
- Help students understand investment banking roles, career paths and industry expectations.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide career-oriented guidance where required.
- Prepare or contribute to course content, assignments, case studies and assessments.
- Keep course content aligned with current investment banking practices and industry standards.
- Engage with students and resolve academic queries during and after sessions.

Requirements

- Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience will be an advantage.
- Practical industry experience is highly preferred.
