Responsibilities:
- Answer patient enquiries and book consultations and procedures
- Make follow-up calls for post-treatment care and review visits
- Remind patients of appointments to reduce no-shows
- Maintain call records and patient data accurately
- Share clinic timings, services, and basic procedure information
- Pass medical queries to doctors or nursing staff
