Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive corporate and social gifting sales across Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop new corporate clients and generate B2B gifting opportunities.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, admin teams and decision-makers.

3. Identify opportunities for corporate gifting, employee gifting, festive gifting and social events.

4. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, events and market visits.

5. Prepare quotations, proposals and customized gifting solutions as per client requirements.

6. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.

7. Coordinate with internal teams for timely production,



customization, packaging and delivery.

8. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to generate repeat and bulk orders.

9. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.

10. Track market trends, competitor offerings and pricing to identify current business opportunities.

Experience: 3–6 years in corporate sales, gifting, B2B sales, events or a related industry.

Preferred: Strong Delhi/NCR corporate network and proven experience in closing bulk orders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
