- Connection With Potential Clients : Connect to potential or existing customers using the provided database.
- Lead Generation: Share information about services and and build strong relationship with clients.
- Follow-ups: Make follow-up calls to warm leads and ensure timely communication.
- Customer Interaction: Answer queries, handle basic objections, and guide customers with accurate information.
- Data Handling: Update call records, customer responses, and feedback in the system.
- Achievement: Strive to achieve your goals with dedication while contributing positively to the overall success of the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
