Job Summary

PIEM Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the education sector.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions, generating leads, and achieving business growth targets across Jharkhand.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the education sector, excellent English communication skills, and proven expertise in business development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the education sector.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.




- Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in the education sector is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Institutional Relations.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing qualification will be an advantage.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and professionally presentable.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work anywhere in Jharkhand.
