- Own end-to-end social media and content strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms as relevant).

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars — aligning themes, formats and posting cadence with brand priorities, campaigns and key dates.

- Track and act on the latest social, content and platform trends (formats, algorithm shifts, creator/influencer trends, cultural moments) to keep brand content current and competitive.

- Develop content strategy across formats — static, reels/short-form video, carousels, stories and long-form — tailored to each platform's best practices.

- Brief and collaborate with designers, videographers and copywriters to execute the content calendar on time and on brand.

- Manage day-to-day community engagement, monitoring comments, messages and brand mentions across social channels.

- Shape content with an eye on AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)



— structuring captions, blogs and video content so they can be surfaced and cited by AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and similar answer engines, not just social feeds.

- Apply new-age content practices — E-E-A-T signals, entity-based storytelling and topical authority — so content performs across both social platforms and AI-driven discovery.

- Plan and execute organic and paid social campaigns in line with broader marketing goals.

- Prepare and present monthly performance reports — reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance by format/platform — with explicit insights and next-month recommendations.

- Collaborate with SEO, design and web teams to ensure content strategy supports overall digital marketing objectives.

- Manage relationships with influencers, creators and content partners where relevant.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
