Paint Shop Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for managing overall paint shop operations to achieve production targets, maintain product quality, control costs, and ensure safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily paint shop production and manpower.
- Ensure paint quality, shade matching, and coating thickness standards.
- Monitor paint consumption, rejection, rework, and process efficiency.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of painting equipment.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.

Experience: 5–10 years in paint shop operations, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries.
