Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional to develop, acquire and manage PCD Pharma Franchise business for NOVOGEN.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert new PCD franchise leads and business enquiries.
- Follow up on leads received through the company and generate recent leads through online platforms, digital channels and other sources.
- Identify and onboard new PCD Franchise Partners/Distributors across India.
- Manage existing franchise clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders and coordination with the internal team.




- Achieve monthly business development and franchise acquisition targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience as MR or 3 years as ASM or ZSM or equivalent.
- Experience in PCD Pharma Franchise / Business Development preferred.
- Candidates from reputed pharmaceutical companies preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and lead-conversion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of independently handling business development.
