We are now looking for a Training Manager to build and lead the learning engine behind that mission.

Role Overview
The Training Manager will own the end-to-end training function across teams and centers. This includes identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering programs, managing budgets and vendors, and measuring the impact of training on business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Needs Assessment :Identify and assess training needs across teams and functions

Program Development: Design and implement training programs covering onboarding, technical, soft skills and leadership.
Use varied methods, including workshops, e-learning and mentoring

Execution and Facilitation: Organize and, when required, deliver sessions for new hires and existing staff.
Manage employee enrolment, schedule sessions and arrange the resources needed to run programs

Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate individual and organizational performance to confirm training meets business needs
Measure program effectiveness and ROI through feedback, surveys and performance metrics,



and refine programs accordingly

Budget Management: Develop, manage and adhere to the annual training budget, keeping spend cost-effective

Vendor Management: Select and manage training vendors and work with internal subject experts to develop and deliver training

Technology Utilization: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and use digital tools to track employee progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Training Manager, L&D; Specialist or in a similar role
- Industry experience preferred (healthcare, technology, retail or similar)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and LMS platforms
