Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all quantity and estimations of our interior projects. The role focuses on accurate measurement, estimation, and documentation to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within planned budgets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior fit-out works and be comfortable visiting project sites for measurement and verification.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of detailed BOQs for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Conducting site visits for measurements, quantity take-offs, and verification of executed work.
- Preparation of Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills based on project progress.
- Monitoring project costs against approved budgets and highlighting deviations.
- Preparing rate analysis, cost estimates, and variation statements.




- Maintaining comprehensive commercial documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparing comparative statements for material and vendor quotations.
- Assisting the procurement team with quantity validation and material planning.
- Coordinating with design, execution, and project teams to ensure accurate quantity tracking.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior materials and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office (Advanced Excel preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for quantity take-off.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out / interior design projects.
- Practical exposure to BOQ preparation, billing, and cost control for interior works.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for measurements and coordination.
