Job Title: Designer & Digital Marketing Intern

Duration: 6 Months (Full time Internship)

Stipend: ₹10,000 / month

Career Path: High-performing interns will be absorbed into full-time employment with a Starting CTC of ₹2,40,000 per annum (₹2.4 LPA) upon completion.

​About the Role

​We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Designer & Digital Marketing Intern to join our growth team in Madurai and Chennai. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting engaging visual content, managing social media channels, running digital campaigns, and driving overall online brand awareness.

​This internship is designed as a fast-track prospect for passionate individuals who want to convert their internship into a rewarding full-time career.

​Key Responsibilities

​Visual Design & Content Creation

​Design high-quality social media graphics, banners, posters, and promotional materials.

​Create basic video assets, reels, and GIF animations for social media campaigns.

​Ensure all marketing visual designs maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency.

​Digital Marketing & Social Media

​Assist in managing and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).

​Write engaging ad copy, captions, and blog posts optimized for digital audiences.





​Assist in setting up and monitoring digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO).

​Track campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and propose actionable optimizations.

​Key Requirements & Qualifications

​Education: Graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

​Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator. Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) are a plus.

​Digital Literacy: Good understanding of popular social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

​Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (working knowledge of Tamil is advantageous).

​Mindset: Strong eagerness to learn, high initiative, and a creative eye for detail.
