We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, verifying lead information, understanding customer requirements, and arranging meetings with potential customers for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to provided leads and verify lead details.
- Speak with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Identify genuine and interested prospects from the available leads.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls.
- Arrange meetings/appointments between potential customers and the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.
- Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide updated lead information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and meeting-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

- Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Punjabi communication will be an added advantage.
