We're seeking a highly experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.

- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, captions) for social media platforms.

- Content Calendar: Plan and schedule content in advance using a content calendar.

- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

- Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to promote our brand and products.

- Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service.

## Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in social media marketing,



preferably in a similar industry.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn)

- Strong content creation and copywriting skills

- Experience with social media management tools

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing social media work and experience.

## Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with graphic design software: Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

- Experience with video editing software: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

- Influencer marketing knowledge: Understanding of influencer marketing platforms and best practices.

- Certifications: Social media certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing certification)
