About the Role

Senior AI/ML Engineer – LLM & Python to build and scale production-grade AI/ML solutions, including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, NLP systems, document processing and AI-powered extraction workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Generative AI/LLMs, RAG, NLP, cloud platforms and MLOps, along with experience delivering production AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop production-grade AI/ML solutions.
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications and RAG pipelines.
- Develop AI-powered document parsing and information extraction workflows.
- Work with preprocessing, chunking, embeddings, vector databases and text processing.
- Build scalable AI/ML services using Python and SQL.
- Deploy and scale AI models using AWS and Azure.
- Work with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2 and Lambda.
- Work with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scalability.
- Implement model evaluation using metrics such as Precision, Recall, F1 and field-level accuracy.
- Work with AI observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering and Platform teams.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Research and implement emerging advancements in NLP, LLMs and Generative AI.

Mandatory Skills

- 3+ years of professional AI/ML Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills.




- Experience with NumPy, Pandas and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Robust experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines.
- Experience with document parsing, information extraction and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of Transformers, Embeddings and Vector Databases.
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / Claude Code or similar agentic frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
- Experience with MLflow / Weights & Biases and MLOps.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Experience leading projects, technical deliverables or mentoring team members.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Data Science
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Artificial Intelligence
- Or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

- AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect / Machine Learning Specialty.
- Azure AI certifications.
- Databricks certifications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka or Airflow.
