We are looking for an experienced sales skilled for a leading electrical company in the wire division. The candidate will be responsible for dealer management, B2B sales, project sales, territory development, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a strong network of dealers, contractors, builders, consultants, and project customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate business opportunities through direct dealer handling and relationship management.
- Drive sales through contractors, consultants, builders, electrical dealers, and project channels.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve territory growth objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.




- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, and customer support.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, or Dealer Management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in direct dealer handling and project sales.
- Good understanding of the electrical industry and contractor-driven business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory development effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with strong business acumen.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in electrical wires, cables, electrical products, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
