We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications using Python. You will work closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Python.
- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services and APIs.
- Develop RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Work with Git and modern software development practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills

- 1–6 years of professional software development experience.
- Solid proficiency in Python.
- Good understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend applications.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.




- Hands-on experience with Git and version control.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of Redis, Celery, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud-based application development.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as PyTest.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Level

- 1–2 years: Python Developer / Junior Software Engineer
- 2–4 years: Software Engineer / Python Backend Developer
- 4–6 years: Senior Software Engineer / Senior Python Developer
