Parvam by Aayor is hiring a Sales Manager to drive wedding, banquet, event and resort bookings.

We are looking for a result-oriented professional with strong connections with wedding planners, event organisers, caterers and corporate clients, preferably in Jaipur. The candidate should be able to generate business independently and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate bookings for weddings, receptions, engagements, social functions and corporate events.
- Build business relationships with wedding planners, caterers, event agencies, decorators and referral partners.
- Source new leads through networking, field visits, industry contacts and referrals.
- Handle enquiries, conduct property visits and explain venue facilities and packages.
- Sell banquet and resort packages, including room bookings for wedding and event guests.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved rates and close bookings.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and updated records of enquiries, proposals and bookings.
- Coordinate booking confirmations, advance payments and payment follow-ups.




- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure clear handover of client requirements to the operations team.
- Build repeat business and customer referrals.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in banquets, hotels, resorts, events or catering.
- Robust network in Jaipur’s wedding, event and catering industry preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close bookings.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales and revenue targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or CRM software.
- Availability for client meetings and property visits on weekends when required.
