Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Chinese Commis 2 Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist the senior chefs in preparing Chinese cuisine while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Chinese Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, noodles, rice, and meats.
- Prepare Chinese dishes according to standard recipes and instructions.
- Maintain proper taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy service hours.
- Follow portion control and food safety standards.
- Support the Commis 1 and senior chefs whenever required.

- 1–3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Knowledge of basic Chinese cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
