Social Media Booking Coordinator
Job Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Mondays- Saturdays, 48 hours

Salary: Up to INR 28,000/month + Conversion Bonus

At Tooth Club, our social media presence reaches hundreds of thousands every month — and we’ve built a proven system for turning followers into patients. Now, we’re on the lookout for a results-driven Patient Lead Conversion Specialist to own and enhance that journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promptly and professionally respond to inbound messages, DMs, comments, and enquiries across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Convert every qualified conversation into a booked free consultation.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t yet booked.
- Manage lead tracking across Google Ads, Email, SMS Campaigns, and SEO channels.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring every potential patient is followed up effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Track performance and work toward improving lead-to-booking conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For:

- A sales-focused communicator – warm, friendly, but always focused on booking.




- Experience handling social media chat, online inquiries, and high-volume inboxes.
- Robust written skills with attention to tone and brand voice.
- Target-driven with a proven history of meeting/exceeding sales or conversion goals.
- Previous background in customer service, telesales, healthcare, or dental sectors is a plus.
- Confident using CRM/booking systems and tracking performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) or Google Ads/Analytics is a strong advantage.
- Experience using PowerBI or similar analytics tools is a bonus.
