Quantity Surveyor

PART-TIME | FULL-TIME |REMOTE | FLEXIBLE MONTHLY COMPENSATION

This role is for course content creation and online teaching—not project-site work.

Specialisation & Required Experience : At least 10 years of construction industry experience, with substantial hands-on responsibility for tender estimates, quantity take-offs, rate build-ups, labour and equipment productivity, vendor/subcontractor quotations, preliminaries and overheads. Experience preparing complete estimates and documenting assumptions, exclusions and pricing risks is essential. You should be able to teach through sample tender documents, drawings and Excel-based cost calculations.

Your Role

- Prepare course outlines, presentations and practical learning material.
- Record short lessons in your own voice.
- Conduct scheduled live online classes and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Develop worked examples, assignments and quizzes.
- Review and update content based on feedback.

What We Expect

- Relevant engineering/construction degree or diploma.




- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English.
- Confidence using PowerPoint, Excel and online teaching tools.
- Original, technically accurate content without confidential employer or client information.
- Reliable delivery against an agreed monthly work plan.
- Previous training or mentoring experience preferred.

Working Arrangement

- Remote, part time; flexible preparation hours and scheduled live sessions.
- Fixed monthly compensation based on experience, time commitment and deliverables.
- Reports directly to the Founder.
- ConstruWX provides content templates, branding and platform publishing support.
