We are looking for an energetic, optimistic, and target-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for calling leads, scheduling and conducting Zoom meetings, presenting our projects, following up with prospects, converting leads, and supporting community/business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and qualify leads.
- Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings.
- Present products/projects and handle objections.
- Follow up and convert qualified prospects.
- Build relationships and support community growth.
- Work closely with the team to achieve business targets.
- Bring recent ideas and take initiative to improve results.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with phone calls and Zoom meetings.
- Basic knowledge of finance/financial markets is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- High-energy, optimistic, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
