Grow a quick-moving platform from the ground up.

Glatro is expanding across Gurgaon, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can run paid ads, manage our social media, and help vendors and delivery partners join the platform. If you enjoy both running campaigns and working with people, this role gives you real ownership.

What you'll do

Paid ads and campaigns

- Plan, launch and manage ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Set budgets, targeting and bidding to get the best results for our spend
- Track campaign performance daily and report on leads, registrations and cost per result
- Test new ad creatives and audiences, then scale what works

Social media

- Manage our pages through Meta Business Suite
- Brief designers on posts, reels and ad creatives, and review their work before it goes live
- Plan and schedule a regular content calendar

Vendor and partner onboarding

- Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners to get them registered on Glatro




- Follow up with vendors and partners who have shown interest or started registration
- Work with our field team to turn ad leads into completed registrations

What we're looking for

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience running ads on Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn (freshers, please do not apply)
- Comfortable using Meta Business Suite
- Able to read campaign data and explain what's working and what isn't
- Good communication in Hindi and English, on calls and in writing
- Organised with follow-ups and able to handle several tasks at once
- Experience in startups, e-commerce or local marketplaces is a plus
