1. Complete Hotel Operations

- Manage front office, housekeeping, and overall daily functioning
- Ensure smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Maintain premium service standards
- Pre-opening experience preferred

2. Hiring & Team Building (Very Important)

- Recruit and onboard receptionists, housekeeping, and support staff
- Train staff and build strong SOP-based systems
- Monitor staff performance and discipline

You will be responsible for building a strong team from scratch

3. Revenue Growth & Tie-Ups (Core Role)

- Develop corporate tie-ups with companies, travel agents, and institutions
- Increase bookings through direct clients and partnerships
- Handle OTA platforms (Booking.com, MMT, Airbnb etc.)
- Work on pricing strategies to maximize occupancy & revenue

This role includes business development, not just operations

4. Guest Experience & Reviews

- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Improve ratings on Google & OTA platforms
- Ensure repeat customers and strong brand reputation

5. Reporting & Financial Control

- Maintain daily reports (occupancy, revenue,



expenses)
- Monitor billing, cash flow, and cost control
- Suggest ways to improve profitability

6. Property & Maintenance

- Ensure rooms and property are well maintained
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
