QUALIFICATION : B.Sc. Chemistry  B.Tech / Diploma in Polymer Technology

WORKING HOURS: 8 :00 AM to 4 PM, 4PM to 12AM , 12AM to 8:00AM

EXPERIENCE : FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY (Experience in latex gloves, rubber products, medical gloves, or polymer manufacturing would be an advantage.)

Job Role

 Supervise daily production activities in the latex glove manufacturing process.





 Monitor production targets, quality standards, and process parameters.

 Ensure proper handling of latex, chemicals, and raw materials.

 Monitor processes such as dipping, leaching, stripping, washing, curing, and finishing.

 Identify production and quality issues and coordinate with the concerned team for corrective action.

 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production procedures.

 Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.

 Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Production teams.

 Supervise workers and allocate tasks according to production requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
