We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an E-Commerce Voice Process in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with order-related and general e-commerce queries.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates with 6+ months of documented Sales Experience are eligible for the experienced salary bracket.
- Good verbal communication skills.




- Valuable customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Shift and Working Details:

- Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 9 hours, including 1-hour break
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Week Off: 1 rotational week off
- Work From Office

Salary:

- Freshers: CTC: Rs. 18,000 per month - Approx. In-hand: Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month
- Candidates with 6+ months of documented Sales Experience: CTC: Rs. 21,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month
