Roles & Responsibilities (Indeed Job Posting)

1. Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and provide qualified service assistance.

2. Prepare job cards, record customer complaints, and explain required service or repair work.

3. Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs.

4. Provide accurate service estimates, obtain customer approvals, and update customers on repair progress.

5. Monitor vehicle delivery timelines, ensure quality checks, and maintain customer satisfaction.

6. Handle customer queries, complaints, service follow-ups, and maintain proper service records.

7. Promote periodic maintenance, value-added services, and customer retention through effective communication.
