We are looking for a smart, highly proactive and organised Client Relationship & Account Manager to manage client communication and coordinate wedding planning from start to execution.
Key Skills
- Excellent spoken & written English – mandatory
- Strong client communication & relationship management
- Vendor management & coordination
- Good research skills; knowledge of AI tools is an advantage
- Comfortable with trackers, timelines & dashboards
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets & presentations
- Extremely prompt, proactive and organised
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to take ownership and initiative
The Role
You will work directly with clients,
vendors and internal teams to manage planning, RSVPs, guest requirements, deliverables, research, presentations and on-ground wedding coordination.
Requirements: Prior client-servicing experience in the wedding industry is mandatory. Travel for weddings will be required.
