We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, organized and capable of leading a team, while also being comfortable personally handling customer calls and payment-related coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer queries.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on leads, campaigns and enquiries.
- Allocate leads and follow-ups to team members and monitor their progress.
- Manage and guide the CRM team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, customer relationship, operations or a similar role.
- Previous team-handling or managerial experience is required.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
