We have Opening for Contract Manager

Minimum of 12 years of experience in contract management in the real estate.

Experience in managing contracts of large-scale real estate projects.

Qualifications - BE Civil

Key Responsibilities:

1)Contract Management: Draft, review & negotiate contracts, including construction, procurement, & service agreements. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory & company policies. Maintain & manage a comprehensive contract database.

2)Project Support: Provide contractual advice & support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor contract performance & compliance, addressing any issues or disputes that arise.

3)Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments & provide recommendations. Ensure proper documentation & record-keeping to support claims & dispute resolution.

4)Cost Control: Review & approve contract variations, claims & invoices.

5)Coordination: Liaise with contractors & suppliers.



Facilitate communication & coordination between project teams. Contract negotiations & dispute resolutions.

6)Sourcing Source new agencies for contract management. Stay updated with industry trends & best practices in contract management. Skills: Excellent negotiation, analytical & problem-solving skills. Personal Attributes: Solid ethical standards & integrity. Ability to handle multiple projects & meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹422,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
