We are looking for passionate and target-driven Admission Counselors to help prospective students make informed career decisions while achieving business growth through successful enrollments.

Job Summary

As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process for online undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs. The role requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Recommend suitable online degree programs based on individual needs.
- Explain course details, university offerings, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads until admission closure.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated with online education trends, university programs, and competitor offerings.

Performance Expectations

- Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day.




- Maintain at least 2 hours of daily talk time.
- Achieve 8–12 successful admissions per month.
- Generate monthly revenue between ₹5–7 Lakhs through enrollments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Academic Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech Sales, or Online Degree Counseling.
- Experience in selling online UG/PG programs will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
