MatAll delivers construction materials (electrical, plumbing, hardware, cement and more) in 60 minutes across Gurugram. We serve homeowners, contractors and design studios through a network of local shops, and we're expanding across NCR.

Work Conditions:

- Working Mode: Work from Office
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
- Timings: 9 AM (with some flexibility) - 6 PM (Expect this to stretch upto 7-7:15 PM)

Why this role
Construction materials in India are bought through phone calls, shop visits and word of mouth. There's no brand people know by name. From the first post to the first billboard, you'll build the one they'll always remember.

What you'll do

- Plan and run Google Search and Meta ads targeted to specific Gurugram neighbourhoods and pincodes
- Own SEO: our website, category pages and Google Business Profile
- Run social media (Instagram, YouTube Shorts) with a Reels-first content calendar
- Brief and manage freelancers for video, design and copy
- Run local campaigns on the ground: housing society activations, QR boards, events
- Set up tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, campaign links) and report weekly on what's driving orders
- Scale budgets as we grow,



including larger brand campaigns (ATL) as we expand across NCR

What we're looking for

- 3–6 years in digital marketing, with hands-on Google and Meta ads experience
- Proof of results: campaigns where you can show the cost per lead or order you achieved
- Experience with local or hyperlocal marketing (quick commerce, food delivery, real estate or home services is a plus)
- Someone who does not crumble under pressure.
- Comfortable with small budgets now and larger ones later
- Fluent Hindi and English, and a solid sense of what works on Instagram
