About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Biomedical Engineer – Sales & Service to join our growing healthcare team. This position is ideal for candidates who are interested in combining their technical knowledge with sales, customer interaction, and medical equipment support.

The selected candidate will work closely with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions to understand their requirements and provide suitable medical equipment and consumable solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Develop new customer accounts and identify business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Introduce and promote medical equipment and healthcare consumable products to prospective customers.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals for business development activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and applications.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop long-term professional relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, product delivery, installation, and after-sales support.




- Assist customers with basic product-related technical queries and coordinate service requirements when necessary.
- Monitor market conditions, customer needs, competitor offerings, and developments in the medical equipment sector.
- Maintain sales activity records and provide regular updates on leads, customer visits, and business performance.
- Represent the company at medical exhibitions, conferences, product demonstrations, and promotional activities when required.

Candidate Profile

We would like to hear from candidates who have:

- A Diploma in EEE, ECE or BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in medical equipment, healthcare, technical sales, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling abilities.
- A proactive approach toward lead generation and business development.
- Willingness to work toward sales goals and follow up consistently with customers.
- Basic understanding of medical equipment and healthcare products is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally for customer visits and product demonstrations.
- Positive proficiency in Tamil and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
