Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor fiber/network installation, cabling, splicing, and maintenance work.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress, and material records.
- Coordinate with the office/NOC team for project updates and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned site work.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant site/network experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Fiber Optics, FTTH/FTTx, and networking is an advantage.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at field locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
